Dietary fibers are widely used in nutritional applications.
The enrichment of soluble and insoluble fiber is a goal in itself for its beneficial roles on health: intestinal function, blood sugar management, satiety effect etc...
It is also a very good bulking agent for sugar and fat reduced applications.

Litesse® from the Danisco® Ingredients is used as a bulking agent and texturizer in sugar-reduced formulations, as supplements of intense sweeteners. Polydextrose is a soluble fiber, low in calories. It is used as a pre-biotic agent in clinical nutrition or in dietetics.
Potex plant fiber is a potato fiber. It has a very high capacity for water retention and fat in the food matrix, which can hold up to 12 times its weight. By texturizing a food product and reducing syneresis, this fiber also optimizes the quality of your products. Thanks to its technical characteristics, it also improves the yield during production by limiting matter losses. Potex can be used in different applications, and has the advantage of being stable to different production constraints (high Temperature / Freezing, thaw / PH / Shear treatments, etc.).
FIBRIM® soy fiber is unique in that it is made from the soy cotyledon or cell wall, and thus has benefits of both soluble and insoluble fibers (between 62-70% insoluble and 5-9% soluble), as well as unique functional properties.
