Our partners, LYCKEBY® DANISCO® and CAMPUS®, are concerned about environmental sustainability and offer products made from non-GMO plants. Their functional fibers provide texturising properties, as well as being a bulking agent and retaining aqueous or fatty fluids. They are used in nutraceuticals, dietetics (sugar reduction) and culinary applications (fat and meat reduction).

Litesse® from the Danisco® Ingredients is used as a bulking agent and texturizer in sugar-reduced formulations, as supplements of intense sweeteners. Polydextrose is a soluble fiber, low in calories. It is used as a pre-biotic agent in clinical nutrition or in dietetics.
Potex plant fiber is a potato fiber. It has a very high capacity for water retention and fat in the food matrix, which can hold up to 12 times its weight. By texturizing a food product and reducing syneresis, this fiber also optimizes the quality of your products. Thanks to its technical characteristics, it also improves the yield during production by limiting matter losses. Potex can be used in different applications, and has the advantage of being stable to different production constraints (high Temperature / Freezing, thaw / PH / Shear treatments, etc.)
FIBRIM® soy fiber is unique in that it is made from the soy cotyledon or cell wall, and thus has benefits of both soluble and insoluble fibers (between 62-70% insoluble and 5-9% soluble), as well as unique functional properties.
Our partner Campus® offers synergistic blends to meet the challenges of meat applications: high water and fat retention, reduced syneresis, freeze/thaw stability, gel formation and specific technologies for injection.
Our partner Campus® offers transglutaminase references.These products have been designed to bind meat hot or cold and allow for improved yields.
