Fibers

One of the benefits of soluble and insoluble dietary fibres lies in their beneficial role on health: regulation of glycaemia and transit, digestive well-being, satiety, etc. Some fibres, known as prebiotics, also act on the composition and activity of our intestinal microorganisms.

In addition to their nutritional value, fibres can be used as bulking agents in sugar- and fat-reduced applications.
